1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of this store and purchases of jerseys and related apparel. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the store's Privacy, Shipping, and Return and Refund policies. You must be at least 18 or the age of majority where you live, or have a parent or guardian's permission to purchase.

2. Jerseys and availability

We aim to show jersey colors, details, and sizing accurately. Screen settings and production can cause minor differences. Review the product description, size chart, and any name, number, or design choices before checkout. Products and sizes are subject to availability. If an ordered item becomes unavailable, we will contact you and refund the unavailable item.

3. Prices, taxes, and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. The final order total, shipping charges, and applicable taxes are shown before you pay. Prices may change, but confirmed orders will not be repriced. If a clear pricing error occurs, we may cancel the affected order and refund the payment. Available payment methods are those displayed at checkout. Payment information is handled by the payment providers offered there.

4. Orders and cancellations

Provide accurate billing, contact, and delivery information. We may hold or cancel an order when payment cannot be verified, an item is unavailable, or we reasonably suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund it to the original payment method. Customer-requested cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund policy: contact cs@oneclothes.com within two hours of ordering. An approved customer-requested cancellation carries a 10% fee. Once processing or dispatch has begun, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible.

5. Shipping and returns

Shipping destinations, available services, charges, and delivery estimates are displayed at checkout and described in our Shipping policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Please check your delivery address carefully and contact us promptly if it is incorrect. Our Return and Refund policy explains the 30-day window and the process for jerseys that arrive damaged, defective, materially different from the order, or incorrect.

6. Site content and intellectual property

Site text, graphics, product images, and other original content belong to this store or its licensors. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit them without permission. Any team names, logos, or other third-party marks shown with a product remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Customer content

If you submit a review, photo, or comment, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it is lawful and accurate. You grant the store a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use that content in connection with the store. We may remove content that violates these terms or others' rights.

8. Prohibited use

Do not use this site for fraud, unlawful activity, infringement, harassment, malware, phishing, unauthorized collection of personal information, or interference with site security or operation. We may restrict access for violations.

9. Third-party services and liability

Payment providers, carriers, and linked websites operate under their own terms and privacy practices. To the extent permitted by applicable law, this site is provided as available, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

10. Changes and questions
