How to report an infringement

To help us identify and evaluate the material, include:

Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that your report is accurate and that you are the rights holder or are authorized to act for the rights holder.
Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notice

If material you submitted was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, email cs@oneclothes.com with: identification of the removed material and its former location; your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate U.S. federal court and accepting service of process from the original reporter; and your physical or electronic signature.

We may forward a report or counter-notice to the relevant party and may restore content in accordance with applicable law. Knowingly false claims may have legal consequences. We may restrict repeat infringers from submitting content to this store.
