Shipping destinations and rates

Available delivery options and the exact shipping charge for your jersey are shown at checkout for your address.

For orders shipping within the United States, Standard shipping is $8 and is free on orders of $70 or more; the displayed transit estimate is 3–5 business days. Express shipping is $15 with a displayed transit estimate of 1–2 business days. These transit estimates begin after order processing.

For eligible international destinations, checkout displays calculated carrier services and prices. Options may include DHL Express, FedEx, or USPS, depending on the destination. Duties and taxes, if applicable, are shown or collected according to the checkout option and destination rules. Review the final total before placing your order.

Processing and delivery

We generally process orders within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. A jersey that requires personalization may need additional production time; check its product page and order confirmation for any item-specific timing. Delivery dates are estimates and can change because of carrier, customs, weather, or high order volume. We will email you when the order ships.

Tracking

When your parcel is dispatched, we will email a tracking link to the address provided at checkout. Carrier scans may take several business days to appear. If tracking has not updated or the estimated delivery window has passed, contact cs@oneclothes.com with your order number so we can investigate.

Address accuracy and delivery problems

Please check your name, street address, postal code, and email address before paying. If you notice an error, email cs@oneclothes.com immediately. We can request a correction only before dispatch; carriers may be unable to change an address in transit. If a parcel is returned because the address supplied at checkout was incorrect, a new shipping charge may apply before it is resent. If a parcel has not arrived 60 days after its estimated delivery date, contact us to request an investigation and refund review.
