Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 – 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. national holidays (New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas).

During high-volume periods such as sales, product launches, and holidays, processing may take an additional 1 – 2 business days beyond the standard window. If this affects your order, we will notify you by email.

Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of being placed. Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Delivery times begin after your order has finished processing (1 – 3 business days). Actual delivery may vary based on your location, carrier capacity, and customs clearance for international orders.

We do not currently ship to U.S. military bases (APO/FPO addresses). We also do not support shipping to multiple addresses within the same order. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package in real time. Here’s what to expect:

You’ll receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout.
Processing (1 – 3 business days)
Your order is being prepared and packed for shipment.
Shipped — Tracking Email Sent
You’ll receive an email with your USPS or FedEx tracking number once your order is handed off to the carrier.
In Transit
Track your package using the link provided. Please allow 2 – 3 days for tracking to update after initial shipment.
Delivered
Your package arrives at your door. If anything seems wrong, contact us within 7 days.

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, customs clearance, or high-volume periods. Here’s how we handle them:

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at [email protected] or call (+1) 914-451-5135. We will respond within 24 hours on business days and investigate with the carrier.
If your order has not been delivered within 30 business days from the date it shipped, we will issue a full refund or reship the order at no additional cost — your choice.
If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please first check with neighbors, your building reception, or any safe spots around your property. If still unresolved, contact the shipping carrier (USPS or FedEx) with your tracking number. If the carrier cannot resolve it, reach out to us and we will assist you directly.

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost (no tracking updates for 10+ business days or marked as delivered but never received), here’s what to do:

Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and a brief description of the situation.
We will open an investigation with the shipping carrier (USPS or FedEx) on your behalf. This process typically takes 5 – 10 business days.
Once confirmed lost, we will offer you a full refund or a free reshipment of your order. You choose which option works best for you.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

For orders shipped outside the United States, please be aware of the following:

Import taxes, duties, and customs fees are determined by your country’s customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. One Clothes has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering if you are unsure about potential fees.

International delivery times may also be affected by customs processing in your country, which is outside of our control. If your package is held in customs, the tracking information will reflect this status.

One Clothes is not liable for packages that are refused by the recipient or returned due to unpaid customs fees. If a package is returned to us for this reason, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to incorrect, incomplete, or missing address details.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We can update your address only if the order has not yet entered processing. Once an order has been dispatched, address changes are no longer possible.

Taxes

One Clothes does not collect sales tax on orders. For international orders, any applicable import duties or taxes are determined and collected by your local customs authority — not by One Clothes (see Customs & Duties section above).
