1. Agreement to Terms

This website is operated by One Clothes LLC, a business registered in the United States with its address at 12641 W Paradise Dr, El Mirage, AZ, United States. Throughout these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to One Clothes LLC.

By accessing our website at oneclothes.com or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Returns Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. If you are a parent or guardian allowing a minor to use this site, you accept responsibility for their activity.

2. Products & Availability

One Clothes is an online women’s fashion retailer. We sell dresses, mini dresses, maxi dresses, matching sets, tops, and related apparel through our website.

We make every effort to display product colors and images as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s screen will display colors exactly as they appear in person. Minor variations in color, texture, or finish between the product photo and the actual item are not considered defects.

Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice. If a product you ordered becomes unavailable after your purchase, we will notify you and offer a full refund.

We may limit the quantity of items available for purchase and reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that appear to be placed by resellers or distributors.

3. Pricing

All product prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are displayed on each product page at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but any price change will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

One Clothes does not collect sales tax on orders. For international orders, any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are determined by your local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the customer. See our Shipping Policy for details.

In the event of a pricing error (for example, an item listed at an incorrect price due to a technical issue), we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund. We will notify you if this occurs.

4. Payment Methods

We accept payments through PayPal, which also supports credit card and debit card payments. During checkout, you will be redirected to PayPal’s secure payment page to complete your transaction.

All payment information is processed securely through PayPal. We do not store your credit card details on our servers. Our checkout uses SSL encryption and complies with PCI-DSS security standards.

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information for all purchases. If a payment cannot be processed, we may cancel or hold your order until payment is resolved.

5. Orders & Cancellations

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 – 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. national holidays. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. A cancellation fee of 10% of the total order value applies to cover payment processing and administrative costs. To cancel, contact us at [email protected] or call (+1) 914-451-5135 within the 2-hour window.

After the 2-hour cancellation window, or once the order has entered processing, cancellations are no longer possible. You may instead follow the return process outlined in our Refund & Returns Policy after delivery.

Order Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, use stolen payment methods, or violate these Terms. If we cancel your order, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

6. Shipping

We ship to the United States and internationally, including Canada, Europe, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, and most other countries worldwide. Orders are fulfilled through our overseas manufacturing partners and shipped via USPS or FedEx.

A flat shipping fee of $10.99 applies to all orders regardless of destination. Estimated delivery times vary by region:

• United States: 7 – 14 business days total (including processing)
• Canada: 11 – 21 business days total
• Europe / UK: 13 – 23 business days total
• Australia / NZ: 13 – 25 business days total
• Rest of World: 15 – 28 business days total

We do not currently ship to U.S. military bases (APO/FPO addresses). Tracking is provided for every order. For full details, see our Shipping Policy.

7. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged, defective, or not as described. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unmodified, and returned with original tags attached.

Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact our support team to check availability. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are processed within 2 business days of receiving the returned item and are issued to your original payment method. Funds typically appear in your account within 10 – 15 business days.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, product photos, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of One Clothes LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
